This shop is run and managed by ONE person. I handle all shipping, restocking, designing, etc. Due to this, I do not accept returns.
IF YOU ARE UNSATISFIED OR ORDER COMES DAMAGED:
Please contact me either via direct message on instagram (@chicken_ham) or by email. ([email protected]) I will either offer a refund or exchange depending on your preference. Please understand that I can NOT replace original work because the pieces are one of a kind. I can only offer a refund in cases of damaged original work.
All orders come with tracking unless otherwise stated on the order page. If your order becomes lost in the mail, I will notify you and contact the post office immediately.
